7- DAY YOGA RETREAT
This Yoga Retreat is based on a holistic approach to yoga, going beyond the usual common labels and honoring the artful and wholesome way that yoga truly embodies; bridging tradition with our modern world.
A connected journey through the elements, this retreat also serves to remember the ancient ways of the earth. By offering practices outside the traditional modern frame of yoga, one can connect with their own fluidity, passion, and strength.
We dedicate each day to a specific element and one direction in the ancient Shamanic Medicine Wheel and will incorporate that with an approach to Yoga in which playful ease meets therapeutic depth, in which mystical wisdom can be experienced in the body through modern anatomy.
In complex movements (Vinyasas), strengthening and opening postures (Asanas), energetic breathing techniques (pranayama) and the sound of one's own voice (mantra), one's body becomes a wide space of experience in which one can recharge and heal.
Furthermore, this path of yoga is weaved within deep transformational work, earth rituals, community, movement, and the heart of silence. It supports the shift toward a sacred relationship with the self, the other, and nature, deepening the trust toward the process and one’s unique expression.

All activities are offered with the intention to spark curiosity, and insights and assist the integration process back into one's daily life.
Following the retreat there is an optional eight-week online course to guide the incorporation of this awakening process into one's practice, with further ongoing training options in our somatic practices and self-inquiry, deepening our sense of embodied presence and relationship with all of ourselves and finding ever greater rest within the space of the Heart. The cost for this online integration course is 450,00 USD.

The dates listed above are for accommodation. The course begins the morning after the date of arrival and ends the evening before departure. Check-in is available from 15:00 on arrival day. Please plan to arrive in time to get settled into your accommodations before the Orientation Session, which is at 19:00.

All booking options include dinner on arrival and 3 vegetarian meals per day during the retreat.
The retreat will take place at the beautiful retreat center Casa Arkaana in Tulum, Mexico.
Optional eight weeks online integration course with various recorded meditations, Hatha yoga and other somatic embodiment practices, weekly calls, and a one-hour one on one personal coaching session with Katrin and Dan for an additional 450,00 USD.
PAYMENTS
At registration, full payment of the total booking is required.
REFUNDS
Payments are refundable up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellation fees will be applied as listed below.

Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of 150 USD will be charged.

Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged, minimum 150 USD.
