Payment & Cancellation Guidelines

When joining us for a retreat, we ask that you be aware of our payment and refund guidelines. These guidelines exist in order for us to harmoniously offer the teachings to as many people as possible. As space in our courses is limited, we require advance notice in the case that your plans change and you must cancel your enrollment. Thank you for mindfully planning your visit with us.

In order to ensure a smooth trip, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

*We reserve the right to ask participants (before/after the deposit is paid) to have a call/video call with us and to cancel the booking (with full deposit refund) in case we consider that this particular person may not be ready for the retreat.


Online payments are accepted in Euros or U.S. dollars. Cash payments are only accepted in Euros if the retreat is held in Europe, otherwise in the respective local currency, e.g. Mexican Pesos in Mexico, Quetzals in Guatemala, When paying in cash and if necessary, the amount due will be calculated based on the Euro to local currency exchange rate in effect on the date of payment. Payments are refundable up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellation fees will be applied as listed below.

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of €50 will be charged.

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be charged, minimum €50.

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: No refunds will be given.


3. Cancellation after check-in:​

  • There are no refunds for canceled accommodation during the Meditation Retreats except in cases of medical emergency.​​

  • Except in cases of medical emergency, there are no refunds for meditation retreat course fees once the course has started.

  • There are refunds for meal plan cancellations during the Meditation Retreats except in cases of medical emergency.


Please note that I am committed to offering all my offerings at accessible rates while still acknowledging the significant financial needs of the modern world My regular price is what it actually costs to sustain myself and provide my offerings.

If you cannot pay the regular price due to financial hardship, I offer a low-income discount. When you apply for this discount, you are attesting that you have need and are truthfully representing your financial situation. 


The value of the teachings shared cannot be quantified in material terms. And, we would propose that skimping on paying for spiritual teachings is not conducive to your practice. So, before you request the low-income discount I ask that you thoughtfully evaluate your financial situation. If you require a discount, please reach out to me. If you genuinely have need, we will be happy to extend the discount to you. Just ask for it in truthfulness and integrity and it will be granted. Note that the low-income discount only applies to the course fee. Costs for accommodation and meals need to be paid by the participant in full.

I also recognize that some people have the funds to allow them to support the spiritual work of those with fewer financial resources. So, I warmly welcome donations. All donations will be used to assist me in offering discounts to needy students. Please consider whether you can give more in order to support the practice of everyone, regardless of financial situation.
